Why it costs less than new
The groundwork was done when the driveway was first laid, so resurfacing usually needs less digging and less material than a new drive.
When a new top is not enough
If the base underneath has failed, a new surface will crack again. That is why we look at the base at the site visit, and repair it before anything goes on top.
Maybe it only needs a repair
Small cracks and potholes can often be fixed on their own, which costs less again. We will tell you which one it needs.
