Who we are

This website belongs to Callan Tarmacadam (John Brett, sole trader, Callan, Co Kilkenny). Contact: 086 879 8572 or callantarmac@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send the form we get your name, phone number, town, the job and anything you write. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and give you a price. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else to market to you. Enquiries reach us through a service that forwards them to our phone and email.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your enquiry or job, and for the records the law asks a business to keep.

Cookies

Nothing is set until you choose. If you accept, Google may set cookies so we can see which of our ads bring enquiries. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by ringing or emailing us. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
